About the role
We are looking for a motivated Clinical Operations Manager to join our growing team at Boots Online Doctor. This is a full time role, 40 hours total with a breakdown of 20 hours a week on Operations and 20 hours a week on prescribing.Key responsibilities
Oversee the day to day clinical operation to ensure we meet our SLAs and targets.Support the Head of Clinical Operations with planning and forecasting of capacity.Maintain/oversee the capacity forecast model and conduct analysis on performance.Manage the training programme for Clinical Operations Co-ordinators.Responsible for training and coaching clinicians both 1:1 and in groups to deliver the clinical team onboarding programme.Accountable for launching new products and adherence to the SOP.Identify Clinical Operations inefficiencies, submit ideas and Continuous Improvement initiatives and manage continuous improvement through to realisation, working closely with the Product and Tech teams.Support the product team with data to size and scope operational initiatives.Be the eyes and ears of Clinical Operations at Planning Increment sessions.Identify, flag and raise bugs found in new features.Accountable for PIMs hygiene and medication set up.What you’ll need to have
Worked as a Clinical Operations co-ordinator for at least 6 months or possess comparable experience.Have demonstrated great communication and decision making skills.The ability to deal with sensitive information and demonstrate confidentiality.Self-motivated to prioritise workload, be able to delegate roles to clinicians, identify risks and mitigations, noticing the finer details.Is able to work in a fast paced, "at-scale" environment.Has demonstrated to effectively motivate and manage the direction/work for the clinical team.Be able to pragmatically and objectively evaluate opportunities and be creative with your solutions to solve the issue at hand.It would be great if you also have
