Clinical Nurse Specialist - Post COVID Syndrome

The post-holder will work with the Clinical Co-Ordinator to Triage, provide Initial Assessment and Review patients through their Post COVID journey. Working with our dedicated Occupational Therapists, Specialist Physiotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Talking Therapies and Consultant, they will devise a plan of care for the patient within the MDT, advising the patient on self-management strategies to enhance their recovery. They will support the Group Education/Self-management sessions, run by the team, as required, and will be expected to take an active part in the MDT process. An openness to the use of digital technology in patient care is essential.
