Ideal for a- Registered Nurse (RN) -with A&E, ICU, or critical care background seeking a Monday to Friday role. There is no requirement to work the on-call rota, nights, long shifts, or weekends in this role! The Role: Take clinical ownership of complex care caseloads, including paediatric packages, while training and upskilling HCAs and Support Workers delivering care in the community. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review bespoke complex care plans.
