They are currently recruiting for multiple clinical negligence solicitors or chartered legal executives of all levels to join on a largely home-working basis. You can expect a competitive salary, bonus structure and plenty of working from home.Your new roleThese Clinical Negligence solicitor/CILEx roles will see you:Manage a claimant clinical negligence caseload, with claim value, complexity, and level of autonomy determined by PQE and demonstrated capabilityConduct day-to-day case handling from initial instruction through to resolution, including pre-action, litigation, and settlement stagesAssess liability, breach of duty, causation, and quantum, providing clear and realistic advice to clients throughout the lifecycle of the claimDraft and respond to key legal documentation, including Letters of Claim, schedules of loss, pleadings, and witness statementsInstruct and liaise with medical experts, counsel, and other professionals to support case progression.Progress claims in a proactive, timely, and cost-effective manner in line with the Pre-Action Protocol for Clinical DisputesNegotiate settlements where appropriate and prepare matters for litigation, ADR, or trial as required.Maintain high standards of client care, communication, compliance, and accurate time recordingWhat you''ll need to succeedESSENTIAL:Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (NQ+)Previous experience ..... full job details .....
