Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 firm who are looking for an NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Colchester.Your responsibilities will include:Manage and assist on a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, under supervision.Draft legal documents including letters of claim, instructions to counsel, and settlement agreements.Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel to progress cases efficiently.Support senior team members on complex, high-value claims.Contribute to negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.Maintain accurate records and comply with procedural requirements.Assist with business development and client relationship management.About You:Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) with clinical negligence or relevant personal injury experience.Strong drafting and communication skills.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.Team player with a proactive, client-focused approach.Commercially aware and eager to grow within a busy, supportive team.In exchange, the firm is offering a competitive salary and generous benefits package, as well as progression opportunities.Sellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
