Clinical Negligence Solicitor Altrincham NQ+ Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Altrincham. This role offers the chance to work within a specialist team handling a high-quality caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters. You will manage your own files while also supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases involving a wide range of medical negligence issues. The Role: Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution. Conduct detailed case investigations, including reviewing medical records and instructing experts. Draft legal documents and correspondence. Engage with clients in a sensitive and professional manner. Negotiate settlements and progress cases through litigation where necessary. About You: Qualified Solicitor from NQ+ PQE with experience in clinical negligence. Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in this area of law. Excellent client care and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
