The Role You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution, including matters involving: Delayed diagnosis Surgical errors Birth and catastrophic injury claims GP and hospital negligence Fatal claims The successful candidate will work closely with senior solicitors and partners while also having the autonomy to manage their own files and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Running a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence Instructing medical experts and counsel Advising clients with empathy and professionalism Supporting business development and networking initiatives Ensuring compliance with SRA and firm procedures Requirements Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales 0-8+ years'' PQE in clinical negligence Strong technical and analytical skills Excellent client care and communication abilities Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines ..... full job details .....
