This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists on high-value and complex claimant clinical negligence matters within a supportive and progressive environment.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution, including matters involving:Delayed diagnosisSurgical errorsBirth and catastrophic injury claimsGP and hospital negligenceFatal claimsThe successful candidate will work closely with senior solicitors and partners while also having the autonomy to manage their own files and build strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesRunning a caseload of claimant clinical negligence mattersDrafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondenceInstructing medical experts and counselAdvising clients with empathy and professionalismSupporting business development and networking initiativesEnsuring compliance with SRA and firm proceduresRequirementsQualified Solicitor in England and Wales0-8+ years'' PQE in clinical negligenceStrong technical and analytical skillsExcellent client care and communication abilitiesAbility to manage files independently and meet deadlinesExperience within a reputable ..... full job details .....
