This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and supportive environment where junior lawyers are given real responsibility alongside structured supervision and training.The RoleThis is a varied and hands-on Clinical Negligence role, offering exposure to a broad range of claimant work from the outset. You will be involved in:Managing your own caseload of lower to mid-value clinical negligence claimsAssisting on more complex and high-value matters within the teamReviewing medical records and preparing case summariesInstructing and liaising with medical expertsDrafting correspondence, letters of claim, and court documentsSupporting clients through often sensitive and complex issuesAssisting with investigations, liability assessments, and settlement negotiationsYou will receive strong day-to-day supervision while also being encouraged to take ownership of files early in your ..... full job details .....
