You will manage a complex and high-value claimant caseload, taking full ownership of matters from instruction through to resolution.The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining exceptional client care standards while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.Key Responsibilities; Managing a varied caseload of complex clinical negligence claims, including catastrophic injury and high-value matters Taking responsibility for cases from inception to conclusion Drafting detailed legal documentation and providing clear, expert advice Attending mediations, settlement meetings, court hearings, and conferences with Counsel Building strong working relationships with clients, experts, and key stakeholders Managing key deadlines, risks, and case progression effectively Supporting team objectives, including performance and process improvements Contributing to business development and profile-raising activities Mentoring and supporting junior team ..... full job details .....
