You can work fully remotely or on a hybrid basis from the Newcastle office, with only 1 to 2 days per month in the office if preferred. The position will involve supporting senior lawyers while also managing your own cases under appropriate supervision.You will be involved in cases from initial instruction through to resolution or trial, gaining exposure to all stages of litigation in a collaborative and well structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of clinical negligence mattersSupport senior lawyers on complex casesAssist with case strategy and progressionDraft legal documents including letters of claim and instructionsPrepare cases for settlement or litigationEngage with clients and provide clear, empathetic adviceWork collaboratively with colleagues and external expertsSupport and mentor junior team members where ..... full job details .....
