Clinical Negligence Solicitor Location: HullSalary: Competitive salary + benefits Job Type: Full time, Permanent A leading law firm in Hull is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. This is an opportunity to handle a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, working alongside an experienced team on a range of high quality and complex claims. As the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, with the opportunity to become involved in more complex and higher value matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims Investigate claims and obtain appropriate medical expert evidence Prepare pleadings, statements and other legal documentation Progress claims in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and other third parties Provide clear legal advice and a high standard of client care Work as part of a collaborative and supportive litigation team Requirements At least 2 years'' PQE in Clinical Negligence, or equivalent relevant experience Strong knowledge of claimant clinical negligence law and litigation procedure Experience managing a caseload independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines A genuine commitment to providing excellent client service ..... full job details .....
