You will manage a varied caseload of medical negligence claims from initial instruction through to settlement, mediation or trial, including issued claims.Your responsibilities will include taking client instructions, preparing Letters of Claim and Schedules of Loss, conducting legal research, developing case strategies and instructing Counsel and experts where required. You will also negotiate settlements, engage in ADR, prepare for and attend Court hearings and keep clients informed throughout the progression of their claims.This is a client focused role where you will provide clear, compassionate and practical advice while managing your own caseload effectively. There will also be opportunities to contribute to networking and business development and support the wider team.
