You will manage a varied and complex caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, acting for clients who have suffered harm as a result of substandard medical care. Your work will include surgical errors, misdiagnosis, birth injuries, medication errors and delayed treatment claims, with the opportunity to handle complex, high value matters involving multiple expert witnesses. You will work closely with medical experts, counsel and colleagues across the wider firm to secure the best possible outcomes for your clients, while also contributing to the continued development of the department. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE specialising in clinical negligence.
