OVERVIEW:
• Legal 500 rated practice is seeking an additional Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join the highly rated team in Norwich
• The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in claimant clinical negligence work, with strong technical knowledge and experience managing a varied caseload.
• As the appointed Clinical Negligence Lawyer you will handle a range of complex clinical negligence claims, including surgical errors, delayed diagnoses, birth injuries, orthopaedic injuries and other serious medical negligence matters.
• You will provide exceptional client care, support clients through sensitive and often complex claims while delivering clear, practical legal advice throughout the litigation process.
• Experience handling high-value and complex clinical negligence claims would be advantageous, as would a proven track record in business development and developing relationships with clients and professional referrers.
• Working alongside experienced practitioners within a specialist team, the successful Lawyer will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the department and play an active role in business development.
