THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for Clinical Negligence solicitors looking to develop their career in a friendly, collegiate environment within one of the UK's most respected specialist claimant practices.
• You will join one of the largest and most successful Clinical Negligence teams in the country, acting for individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of medical negligence.
• Working alongside recognised specialists in the field, you will manage your own caseload of claimant matters, with the level of autonomy and complexity tailored to your experience.
• Cases range from moderate injury claims through to catastrophic injury, brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors (NQ through to Associate and Partner level) and Legal Executives with experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.
• You will have strong technical and case management skills
• The ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A genuine passion for claimant work and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
