Key Responsibilities • Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction through to conclusion. • Advise and support clients throughout the claims process with empathy and professionalism. • Investigate liability and quantum, instructing experts where appropriate. • Prepare legal documentation and correspondence to a high standard. • Conduct negotiations and progress matters towards settlement or trial where required. • Maintain accurate case records using the firm''s case management system. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
