Clinical Negligence Solicitor

My client is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist litigation team based in their Middleton office.Key Responsibilities• Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction through to conclusion.• Advise and support clients throughout the claims process with empathy and professionalism.• Investigate liability and quantum, instructing experts where appropriate.• Prepare legal documentation and correspondence to a high standard.• Conduct negotiations and progress matters towards settlement or trial where required.• Maintain accurate case records using the firm''s case management system.• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:• A minimum of 3 years'' PQE.• Experience managing a varied clinical negligence caseload.• Experience handling claims involving the NHS, private consultants and GP practices.• Strong litigation and case management skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong client care and interpersonal skills.• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.Please Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
