You will also participate in the department''s rota for new enquiries and instructions, enabling you to further develop and grow your practice.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience managing a clinical negligence caseload independently from inception to settlement or trial.Possess strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and procedures.Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.Be highly organised, with strong attention to detail.Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
