This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied and rewarding caseload while gaining exposure to high-profile litigation and developing your technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a full caseload of claimant clinical negligence files from instruction through to conclusionSupporting senior team members on complex, multi-million-pound and catastrophic injury casesDrafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation to a high standardConducting legal research and assisting with case strategy and preparationLiaising with clients, Counsel, courts, medical experts and third partiesAttending client meetings, conferences and hearings where appropriateManaging key dates, limitation periods and case progression proactivelyEnsuring all files are maintained in line with regulatory and compliance standards (SRA, AML, Lexcel)Participating in file audits, risk management and quality assurance ..... full job details .....
