The Role Manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception through to conclusion. Provide exceptional client care throughout the claims process. Draft legal documents, witness statements and correspondence. Liaise with medical experts, counsel and third parties. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. About You Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE in Clinical Negligence. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload independently. Excellent communication and client care skills. A proactive and organised approach to case management.
