Outstanding Birmingham firm seeks to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly rated Clinical Negligence team.

Our client is a highly respected national firm whose clinical negligence department is characterised by a strong team ethic and a values led culture based on helping to transform the lives of their clients.

ResponsibilitiesThe firm is now looking for a lawyer to join their Tier One clinical negligence team in Birmingham. You will handle a busy caseload of clinical negligence claims on behalf of injured Claimants. The role will include working on complex cases, including catastrophic injuries.

The team has recently secured multi-million pound settlements in birth injury claims, representing clients at inquests followed by successful claims on behalf of the estate and dependents and representing brain injured children in pedestrian road traffic claims.
