This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Cardiff team with an established reputation for handling a broad range of medical negligence claims, including high-value and complex matters. The opportunity The Cardiff team has a strong reputation in the market and acts for clients across a wide range of Clinical Negligence matters, from more straightforward claims through to cases of the highest value and complexity. There is no particular sub-specialism required for this appointment. The team has experience across areas including: Birth injury and cerebral palsy claims Surgical and hospital negligence Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis GP negligence Gynaecological and obstetric claims Cauda equina and spinal injury claims Amputation and catastrophic injury claims Cardiac and orthopaedic negligence Dental and anaesthetic negligence Complex claims involving long-term care and rehabilitation Inquests and claims arising from fatal incidents The practice is recognised for its technical expertise, strong client care and collaborative approach, both within the wider firm and with external organisations, charities and professional contacts.
