Role ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Negligence Lawyer will support the progression of complex claims while working closely with senior members of the team to deliver excellent client service and achieve positive outcomes for clients.The day-to-day job duties within this role include:Assisting with a caseload of clinical negligence and complex injury mattersSupporting senior lawyers with the progression of claims from initial instruction through to resolutionLiaising directly with clients, medical professionals and relevant third partiesInvestigating claims, gathering evidence and assisting with liability and quantum assessmentsDrafting legal documents including witness statements, pleadings and schedules of lossPreparing and managing court documentation and assisting with settlement negotiations where appropriateMaintaining ..... full job details .....
