This is an excellent opportunity to influence service delivery, support a multidisciplinary team, and drive high standards of patient care, governance and quality improvement.The RoleAs Clinical Manager, you will provide expert urgent and primary care to patients while supporting the operational and clinical leadership of the service. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help ensure safe, effective and efficient service delivery while developing and supporting your clinical team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, treat and refer patients presenting with urgent care needs.Provide clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team.Support service delivery, patient flow and operational performance.Lead on quality improvement, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.Support recruitment, training, supervision and development of clinical staff.About YouRegistered Nurse or Paramedic with current professional registration.Independent Prescriber with advanced practice training (Level 7 or equivalent).Minimum 4 years'' post-registration experience.At least 2 years'' autonomous practice ..... full job details .....
