Developing national care provider require a nurse registered clinical manager / deputy manager in the Bristol area. Ideally someone who has worked as a Deputy or registered manager previously and can support the manager in turnaround / business development. Nursing PIN essential.

Responsibilities

The Nursing Home Manager is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with some leadership experience as a clinical lead or deputy manager to help support them in the day to day running of the home and staff management.

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager will oversee clinical compliance, medication management, changes in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training.

The service provides specialist dementia and end of life nursing care. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding care provider who will support the development of your career.

Qualifications

Valid NMC PIN RGN or RMN

Background in dementia care

3 years + nursing home experience

Good communication skills
