Clinical Lead

Job Introduction Turning Point is a leading social enterprise supporting people with complex needs across substance use, mental health, learning disabilities and public health. We are seeking an accomplished Clinical Lead to provide expert clinical leadership across our integrated substance use service in the City of London and Hackney. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior addiction professional to influence and lead upon local clinical strategy, strengthen governance and quality, and shape evidence-based practice for people with co-occurring substance use, physical health, mental health and wider social needs. Serving two diverse London boroughs, the service combines a successful hyper-local neighbourhood model working alongside key partners and stakeholders to deliver needs led services to the people we support. You will lead within an ambitious, multidisciplinary environment, working alongside operational leaders, clinicians and local partners to assure safe, responsive and person-centred pathways for a population with high levels of complexity and health inequality.
