  • Overseeing care planning, medication management, and clinical governance
  • Providing mentorship, training, and supervision to staff, ensuring professional development across the team
  • Conducting audits and contributing to quality assurance processes

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong clinical background with a focus on elderly and dementia care
  • Experience in a leadership role within a care home or similar setting
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
  • A proactive and supportive leader who can inspire and guide a team
  • Committed to delivering the highest standard of care and promoting independence and dignity for residents

This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse with leadership experience to take the next step in their career and contribute to the continued success of a home that truly values its staff and residents alike.
