      <description>Location: Hampshire | Salary: 125528.00-125528.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | About the Role - Clinical Lead We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership across our Enhanced Access Service, Special Allocations Scheme (SAS), and Winchester Urgent Care Clinic, while also undertaking clinical duties as a General Practitioner. Based at Segensworth, the role requires cover across services in Havant, Waterlooville and Winchester. Occasional weekend working and some weekday evening shifts may be required. Service Hours  Special Allocations Scheme (SAS): Monday Friday 08:00 to18:30 Enhanced Access: Monday - Friday 18:00 to 21:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 Winchester Urgent Care Clinic: 18 00 and Saturday and Sunday 08 00  Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership across all three services, supporting high-quality, patient-centred care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
