Job summary Clinical Lead Salary: Competitive Location: Haywards Heath Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours) - Both Clinical and Supernumerary shifts with flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts. We are looking for a Clinical Lead with strong clinical skills to join our team. The key responsibilities of the Clinical Lead are to oversee all aspects of clinical care. You will provide inspiring leadership and development of the clinical care teams, ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead: Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care, medication management and clinical services, where residents are safe and well protected. Leading the home''s clinical quality control systems and coaching staff to ensure quality standards are met, and staff are engaged in this area, and practice transparency. Supporting the Manager in developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources. Inspiring leadership and motivation of the clinical staff team, and the wider team, supporting the Manager to foster a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best. Skills, Knowledge and Experience of the Clinical Manager: Qualified nurse, either RMN or RGN, with an active NMC pin. Thorough understanding of the five guiding principles of first class care: SAFE, EFFECTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIVE, WELL-LED.
