Clinical Lead Nurse

Right Search are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Nursing Home based in Harrogate, West-Yorkshire. The home specialises in providing high standards of person centred care to elderly residents and for some individuals with challenging behaviours.

The service is a medium-size nursing home-surrounded by local parks with a breathtaking feeling of a unique rural surrounding.-

THE ROLE

• As Care-Clinical Lead, you''ll support the delivery of the quality care at the nursing home.
• Working closely with the General Manager-
• You''ll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life.-
• Two shifts a week will be clinical, the rest supernumary completing paperwork.
• 40 hours per week contracted working opposite to the manager on shift-covering alternate weekends.-

Successful candidate must:-

• Be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
• Experience in helping residents with different health needs
• Sufficient in care plans and documentation-
• Be compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
