Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Whitecraigs Care Home for 39.5 hours, including weekend work.As Clinical Lead, you will assist in managing the Home’s operation to meet or exceed targets while ensuring high-quality care is delivered. You will be responsible for managing staff in the care home and are expected to take over full management in the absence of the Home Manager.You will help train and supervise care staff through direct teaching and by example. You will assist the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents, ensure care plans and daily records are maintained for each resident, and promote good liaison with residents'' relatives and outside agencies.You are a qualified registered Nurse with a current NMC registration. You have SVQ 4 Management qualification or are willing to work towards it. You are currently working in a similar role and have been for at least one year.
