We''re thrilled to be launching a brand-new residential service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This marks an exciting milestone as we expand Everyturn''s services into London for the very first time. Our new 12-14 bed CQC registered service will provide specialist, clinically led community rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs, delivering 24/7 clinical support in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment. We''re now looking for an experienced and values-driven Clinical Lead to help establish, shape, and guide this service from the ground up. This is a rare and meaningful opportunity to influence a brand-new model of life-changing care, provide exceptional clinical leadership, and make a lasting impact on people''s recovery journeys. Please note: This is role will work a varied shift pattern and will include weekend and nightshifts. Time at 1.3 of hourly rate for after 8pm and on Saturdays Time at 1.6 of hourly rate for Sundays and Bank Holiday As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
