Milesian Manor Care Home (Magherafelt) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. The Clinical Lead will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the highest standards of nursing care within the Home. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Lead will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and compassionate care. This is a 37-hour per week role, comprising approximately 22 hours providing hands-on nursing care and 15 hours dedicated to clinical leadership, administration and management support. The role will provide an important link between the nursing and care teams and the Nurse Manager, supporting the effective delivery of care and promoting a positive culture of continuous improvement.
