Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) Cardiff 45,000 - 50,000 per annum JCO Healthcare are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established nursing home in Cardiff to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nurse leader to join the senior management team of a successful 58-bed nursing home, supporting the delivery of outstanding care and clinical excellence. Working alongside a second Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership across a 7-day service, supporting the Home Manager, mentoring the nursing team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently achieved. The Role As Clinical Lead, you will: Provide visible clinical leadership and support to nurses and care staff Work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home Support medication management, clinical governance and quality assurance processes Coach, mentor and develop the nursing team Lead by example, promoting a positive culture focused on resident outcomes Ensure compliance with CIW and regulatory requirements Support audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives The role offers a balanced approach between clinical and operational responsibilities, with: One clinical shift on the floor per week The remainder of your time being supernumerary Alternate weekend working Participation in the management and leadership of the service About You To be considered, you will ideally have: Current NMC ..... full job details .....
