What We''re Looking ForWe''re keen to hear from candidates who have:Current NMC registration as an Adult Registered Nurse or HCPC registration as a Paramedic.At least five years'' post-registration clinical experience, or significant relevant management experience.Experience in emergency, urgent care, secure healthcare or another assessment-based setting.Proven experience leading clinical teams, managing performance and supporting staff development.Strong clinical decision-making, communication and organisational skills.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.The ability to obtain and maintain the required Police Vetting clearance.
