Clinical Lead

Hoop Nursing are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a long-standing nurse and care team at a nursing service in Bridgend.-

You-will support the experienced and personable-Home Manager and will play a key role in leading clinical practice, supporting staff development, and promoting a positive culture of continuous improvement.

Essential:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience working within a nursing home service
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in leading a team
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives-
• Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care
