With 11 nursing homes across the country and plans to expand in 2025, we are recruiting for a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) trained with an active NMC pin. Previous management experience within a nursing home setting is essential. Clinical Lead Duties: Assist with the monthly medication order. Support and deputise for the Home Manager as needed. Lead, influence, and promote a positive and safe care environment. Conduct clinical audits to ensure high standards of care. Oversee staff appraisals, supervisions, and disciplinary processes. Identify, report, and act on safeguarding concerns. Manage and action any necessary investigations. Provide hands-on support to nurses, offering guidance and development opportunities.
