This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Clinical Lead or a strong Registered Nurse ready to step up into leadership within a supportive and values-driven organisation. You''ll work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy to lead clinical practice, support and develop staff, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
