We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established nursing and dementia care service in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care while supporting the ongoing development of clinical practice and service quality. The Role Working alongside the Home Manager and senior leadership team, you will provide clinical oversight across the service, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times. Key responsibilities include: Providing leadership, support, and guidance to nursing and care teams. Ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing. Supporting staff development through coaching, supervision, and training. Monitoring care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation. Leading audits and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. Overseeing medication management and infection prevention practices. Supporting new admissions, assessments, and care reviews.
