The Opportunity This role combines hands-on clinical involvement with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for a nurse looking to further develop their management career. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams. Support the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care for all residents. Monitor clinical standards and promote continuous improvement throughout the home. Assist with medication management, care planning, and clinical reviews. Lead and participate in audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes. Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training. Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation and regulatory requirements. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents, relatives, and colleagues.
