Clinical Lead Role: Take the lead in a 6-vet practice, supported by a skilled Practice Manager and a team passionate about veterinary care.Role Evolution: Opportunity to evolve into a potential partnership role.Support and Mentorship: Mentor newly qualified vets, sharing your expertise and nurturing their growth.Veterinary surgeon role: to work and support the practice over a 4 day week with 1:3 weekendsThe departing Clinical Leads, are embarking on a new chapter in South Africa, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and excellence. Autonomy and Innovation: Share new ideas and work closely with the owners and Practice Manager.Equipment and Support: Access to modern equipment, including Ultrasound and digital X-ray.Flexible Working: Option for 4 or 5 days a week (40 hours), with flexibility available.Work-Life Balance: 1:3 weekends (Saturday only) and no Out of Hours responsibilities.Your journey here will involve contributing to a legacy of exceptional care and fostering an environment that nurtures both patients and budding veterinarians.
