Inizio Engage is seeking a qualified NMC-registered nurse to join our team as a Homecare Nurse (Clinical Nurse Advisor).OverviewDue to the continued expansion of our outpatient nutrition service, we are recruiting Clinical Nurse Advisers to join our growing homecare nursing team. This role involves supporting patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) in the community.This is a field-based position providing direct care to patients in their own homes. You will play a key role in supporting safe discharge from hospital and helping patients manage their complex therapy at home.We welcome applicants who are already working in community settings, as well as nurses looking to transition from a hospital-based role into the community.Main duties of the job

Qualifications
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult or Children\''s)Degree-level nursing qualification or equivalent clinical trainingExperience
Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in a clinical settingExperience in delivering care in community, outpatient, or home-based environments (or a strong interest in transitioning to this setting)Experience managing patients with complex therapies (e.g. IV therapies, enteral/parental nutrition, or similar)Skills and Additional Criteria
Confident in autonomous decision-making within scope of practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to educate patients and carers on clinical procedures and treatment plansSound clinical judgement and adherence to evidence-based practiceFull UK driving licence (due to the field-based nature of the role)Strong organisational and time-management skillsIT literate (for digital records, virtual care, incident reporting, etc.)Disclosure and Barring Service Check
