This role will be key in supporting the strategic direction and leadership, providing:Great people and leadership skills to generate high engagement within the team, region and practicesExcellent communication skills delivering all key messages to the practiceWorking closely with the Senior Practice Director to drive these experienced teams with a loyal client baseBusiness development knowledge, interpreting financial information, data, and KPI DashboardsAbility to look for new and additional services and build on overall practice and team developmentThe candidate we are looking for would need to be currently demonstrating:Creating an environment for exemplary clinical care, and new clinical servicesEstablished quality improvement framework embraced by the practiceOversee a culture of outstanding client serviceConsistent financial performance, meeting and exceeding budget regularlyOutstanding communication skills leading to exceptional engagement of the teamPermanent position, offering up to 40 hours FTE – we\''re happy to be flexible and tailor the role to fit the right person.1:4 Saturday mornings (short shifts), with no out-of-hours (OOH) responsibilities.Competitive salary of up to £80K DOEUp to 9 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays (or equivalent) with our Buy/Sell holiday scheme - allowing you to purchase an additional four weeks of annual leaveReceive an extra days leave each year in your first 5 years at CVSLeadership training is very much encouraged and fully fundedCompany pension schemeRCVS and VDS fees paidGenerously funded CPD allowanceColleague discount on pet treatments and productsEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption payA range of other flexible benefits such as Cycle to Work Scheme, Gymflex, and more!So, if you enjoy taking the lead and supporting teams to achieve great results and have experience of multi-site management, then this could be the next challenge for you!CVS is committed to being a fully inclusive place to work where all our colleagues are encouraged and supported to be themselves, where difference is celebrated and where everyone feels able to deliver their best.
