Located in Banks, Southport, West Lancashire, Cleveland House provides residential support for up to 32 adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Progressive Neurological Conditions (PNC), and associated complex physical health needs. Situated within a residential community, our service offers a safe, supportive, and homely environment where residents can maximise their independence and quality of life. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care. From personal care and slow-stream rehabilitation to meaningful social and therapeutic activities, we provide a range of services that promote physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
