Clinical Deputy Manager

Keystone Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) to join nursing home in Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new service from the outset, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care across residential, nursing, and dementia communities. Location: ShropshireHours: Full Time - Supernumerary, with on-call cover every other weekend shared with the Home ManagerSalary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum (DoE) Duties and responsibilities:Work in collaboration with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding care across all four communities within the homeAct as a role model and ambassador for the organisation, upholding company values at all timesCreate an environment where residents are valued, respected, and empowered to make personalised choices about their careLead on the effective implementation and monitoring of clinical care plans, ensuring they reflect each resident''s individual needsMonitor the wellbeing of each resident, promptly identifying and responding to any changes in their conditionOversee medicines management, safeguarding procedures, DOLs legislation, and appropriate referral processesManage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, maintaining safe and effective operationsUtilise digital care planning systems and strong IT skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsSupport clinical audits and quality monitoring to ..... full job details .....
