The service supports individuals with a range of complex needs, including epilepsy, communication difficulties, dysphagia, tracheostomy and long-term ventilation needs, as well as complex physical disabilities. Working alongside the Home Manager, the Clinical Deputy Manager will provide strong clinical and operational leadership across the service, helping to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
