Clinical Deputy Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a specialist 32-bed service supporting adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Progressive Neurological Conditions (PNC) and associated complex physical health needs. The service supports individuals with a range of complex needs, including epilepsy, communication difficulties, dysphagia, tracheostomy and long-term ventilation needs, as well as complex physical disabilities. Working alongside the Home Manager, the Clinical Deputy Manager will provide strong clinical and operational leadership across the service, helping to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Deputy Manager:Supporting the Home Manager to ensure the service operates effectively and consistently meets CQC regulatory standardsProviding leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality person-centred careProviding clinical and operational leadership across the serviceWorking collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Nurses, Care colleagues, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and PsychologistsBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, commissioners and external professionalsLeading regular team meetings and promoting open and transparent communicationSupporting the recruitment, induction, development ..... full job details .....
