This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to be part of a new service from the very beginning, helping to shape its culture, clinical standards and team. The home will provide luxury residential, dementia and nursing care.    Working alongside the Home Manager and Quality team, you will provide clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
