As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you''ll have a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and legal requirements.
  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
  • Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager''s absence.
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
  • Upholding safeguarding responsibilities and attending relevant training.
  • Managing time effectively and maintaining accurate records.
  • Fostering a positive and considerate communication style with residents and co-workers.
